Our facility is located on 170 acres in Guilford, New York.  There are 60 stalls in 4 barns. Our heated show barn has custom made 12x12 stalls for our show horses and 12x 14 stalls for the stallions. The show barn also has 2 wash stalls, one with hot water, an office, laundry room, bathroom, breeding lab, 2 more crosstie  areas and 2 tack rooms. 

Attached to the main barn is the 80x180 insulated indoor arena with light panels along the entire length.  The arena has a custom made 4 foot slanting wall for horse and spectator safety. Our footing is a sand and rubber mix. We are currently adding a heated viewing room and a permanent entry and announcers booth for our shows.

Our second attached heated barn houses some training horses and is used to foal out our mares in our foaling stall equipped with closed circuit TV and a foal alert system.

Our 14 stall "baby" barn houses our young stock during the winter and during bad weather.

Our East barn is located just down the fenced in pathway.  The 25 stalls are available for rent to a trainer, or for an individual to care for their own horse.  One to fifteen stalls may be rented.  The remaining 10 stalls are used for clinic horses, rented out for the day at horse shows, or used for overnight horse guests.
